ノック 4 I'm a 163cm female who has been training for over 15 years. Since my gym has been closing very often due to COVID, I made my home gym. The bench is very stable for weight training, even when doing Bulgarian split squats with it. I also stand on it without any problems when I need to reach my pull up bar on my half rack. I'm 163cm and the length of the bench fits me well with some extra room. It might be too short for anyone over 180cm tall. I love the fact that the seat and back can be easily adjusted by just pulling out the pin and pushing it back in to where you want it. I have no problems with the padding or contour of the bench. The width is also perfect for doing chest presses with a barbell or dumbbell. This bench meets my requirements because I was looking for a reasonably priced bench that is stable, capable of incline and decline, and be easily moved around my workout area. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because there is only 1 decline position, and this position is too deep, so it's very awkward for me to do any type of decline exercises with it. Luckily, I can create a better decline angle by placing the headrest on my Reebok step. If this bench had more than 1 decline position, then I would be completely satisfied, but that would probably mean a more expensive bench. I would recommend this bench if you don't mind that there is only 1 decline position.
