Fabric are mixture of cotton and manmade material giving the fabric slightly stiffer and form, less ventilation compare to 100 percent cotton but still wearable at 24 degree Celsius. The flappable collar is a very good design, also there are two button flats on the back for tighter fits. I am 5'-10" originally ordered L but found out when squatting down the groin area will be pulling and too tight,, also raising of the arms (for fashion if standing just upright then OK), so I ended up buying the LL for me which fits perfectly. The company can improved by adding knee pads pockets in the future if they want to improve the product. I bought some stretchable fabrics and added 511 knee pads into them to protect my knee while kneeing. Also added personalized name tags, Velcro arm badge and company's name embroidery on the back to customize the uniform. Please note this product is design in Japan but Made in China, but the quality is very good, I highly recommend this product.
