Doug 5 I have been using this for a month now to grind for V60 and AeroPress. Overall, I think it is a very good grinder and won't hesitate to recommend this.Good:- Fast to grind. The burrs are big so each rotation will grind a lot of beans. For light roast beans, it takes me around 1 second to grind each gram of coffee. This is from 60 to 90 clicks.- Doesn't require a lot of arm power. I upgraded from one of the Hario hand grinders with ceramic burrs. It is so much easier to grind the beans now.- Grind consistency. I don't have any fancy measuring tools, but this grinder has produced very consistent grind sizes. I no longer have sourness at the end of a cup.- Build quality. Apart from the cover (plastic), knob (wooden) and grip (rubber), everything else is nicely machined out of metal. This thing is solid.Bad:- Reassembling. Taking it apart to clean is fairly straightforward. The most difficult part is to re-insert the tiny metal fork that locks the grind shaft. I still haven't mastered this part.
